Right, I have a 3 Monitor Setup using AMD Eyefinity, and when I click fullscreen on YouTube, it obviously goes fullscreen across all 3 as the computer and browser thinks its only 1 monitor. Is there anyway of changing this, so it only goes on on chosen monitor?

Unless you are running the system in an extended desktop mode when running Eyefinity the computer thinks that you have one monitor with a very wide screen resolution hence what it has been doing. You would need to setup your multi-monitor setup in an extended desktop mode in order to do what you want. (basically turn off eyefinity and extend your desktop)

Not technically full screen because of the window border and title bar, but close enough for web videos: Under Firefox, install the PopVideo extension. Allows you to pop out the video into its own window. Now you can maximize the video window to a single monitor, even in Eyefinity/Surround mode.

BTW, playing local video files presents the same problem of full screen videos spanning all three screens. The fix for that is MPC-HC. Play video, maximize the window, then press "1" to remove the UI. Press "3" to return the UI. Space for pause/unpause.
