I'm replacing my CPU, but I have a liquid cooler, could someone help explain to me how to do this without taking the radiator off of the case

Do you mean just the processor or the whole motherboard? If its just the processor, remove the block attached to it and you should be fine. Just remember not to disconnect the hoses.

You can leave that in, since the socket wont change. So you can still use your loop on the new processor.
