Will this pc be able to run Elder Scrolls Online?

I would like to know if you guys think i can run The Elder Scrolls Online and on what settings (low, medium, high)

Specs:

OS: windows 8.1
RAM: 8gb
CPU: AMD FX-6300 Six-Core 3.5 Ghz
GPU: NVIDIA GT 610

That graphics card is bottom of the barrel as far as performance in that generation goes. The processor is ok.

most likely not, maybe at the lowest settings at a low resolution.

It depends on what resolution you'll be playing at. Don't expect more than 25-30 FPS at 1080p on medium.
