Hello, I'm in a networking class and we are tasked to design a network for two buildings for our final project. We have everything set up except we need to have a connection between two sites that are 20 miles apart. For this we are looking for a T1 connection. However I cannot for the life of me find a reputable site to get a quote or specs. Every site have visited looks very shady and I'm having a hard time on a supposed simple task. Could anyone give me a good reputable company that you would recommend?

Location-wise, my main site is a suburb of Seattle, WA and the second site is in downtown Seattle. The main site is 20 Miles away.

Thanks

You likely will never be able to get a online quote for a fake thing....besides it takes a engineers times to give you a quote.

The key problem you will have is they want the building addresses as well as a telephone number so they can research the building access. They never allow you to even think to put circuits into buildings you do not hold a lease on or that you can get a release from the company that does before they even thing to even quote the circuits.

The hardest issue with any circuit is the local access at both buildings. Most times this is provided by the local telcos unless you are very lucky and the company you contact happens to have both buildings on network. They must buy these from the local telco so they have...

You can take your choice. ATT, Verison, Sprint at the larger ones. Still I suspect you will get nowhere, we have people whose whole job is to get these type of quotes and it takes quite a bit on know how to get the paperwork correct and we have direct contacts in most these provider companies because we buy so many circuits

I see. Never looked at it that way. I suppose I could just provide the name of the provider and explain that I couldn't get an exact quote. Thanks for your feedback, sir!
