My hard drive capacity is missing 150 gigs after a blue screen error!!

I have a Sony Vaio laptop with a 500gb hard drive I've had it for about 4 years and its been a solid PC. One day i was error checking my drive and the laptop blue screened now when I look in disk management the drive recognizes the drive but my capacity is now 346gb any idea on why and how to fix this? I took a screen shot so anyone could see

Were you in Normal mode, NOT Safe Mode!?!?

It is more recommended that you do error checking in Safe Mode. Now, lets get to the HDD issue....

Boot into Safe Mode and open My Computer. Right-click on the affected hard drive and click "Tools". Select "Error Checking". Then, select BOTH checkboxes and seleck OK. Select "Yes" and restart the computer.

Okay. Still missing 150 gigs? Download and install HDD Regenerator and let it run.
