hi. i have an acer aspire 5742G laptop. it keeps saying that:
"THE CAMERA IS NOT INSTALLED OR CAMERA IS OCCUPIED BY ANOTHER USER!"
I have acer crystal eye downloaded, i uninstalled it and reinstalled it from the acer website, but the same message appears. i havent used the webcam for a very long time but it used to work; however, my laptop became corrupt and was sent back to acer for repair. this is the first time i have tried to use the webcam since then (about a year or so ago). any help would be much appreciated as i am trying to skype my sister who lives overseas.
