Need to restart your PC in Safe Mode to uninstall the driver. Boot from your Install disk and select 'Repair' Proceed via Troubleshooting and Advanced Options to restart in Safe Mode. Uninstall the GPU driver. Remove Install disk and reboot your PC. It should boot with M'soft GPU driver. Update GPU driver with 335.23

Windows will load a driver, not sure if it's the latest, you could either follow the link for the Nvidia one or use the Update Driver option. But, yes, you should have a working driver once you reboot to enable you to update without white lines and monitor sleeping!

You only need Safe Mode to uninstall the driver, once you reboot you should be able to operate normally and update as necessary.

Just double checked your Driver, you d'loaded the right one. As you say, you won't get a good enough Resolution to play Games with the M'soft Driver. Hope your new card behaves...
