Ima be building the pc for gaming and photo editing. I know all my parts already I'm just trying to save money in the power supply.

Solution
$50 PSUs are fine, if they're decent. The XFX unit I linked is a good example.

OfficialExpert (that name could get you in trouble one day, by the way), you might want to tone it down a little. Most people here that I've seen (most frequent posters, excluding here-then-gone one question accounts) seem to recommend a good PSU.

That said, I wouldn't usually bother getting extra case fans. Stock ones are usually enough.

Here people do not have sense they want to save money for power supply,Extra case fans,After Market cooler etc.

Power Supply is a soul of all Components.Get 650W Quality PSU Instead of 750 or 850 low Quality Cheap PSU.

No need to be so negative about this - atleast he asked here instead of buying a $50 local PSU.

Actually, in case of a power supply, the more money you spend, the better. Quality matters. Many people go for $20-40 cheap local power supplies with bad quality components and then suffer with problems. For your rig, as others said, you should be looking to spend around $100.

I agree. However, $50 is a low price if you're looking at a wattage of 750-850W(as in the title). That price is better suited for a 450W power supply(such as the Corsair VS450 or CX430 Builder Edition).
