I want to upgrade my pc components suitable to play high end games at 1080p with high settings at 45+ fps.
currently i can play at least settings 25+
my budget is nearly 10000 indian rupees (1 dollar roughly 60 indian rupees)
please refer to products from www.flipkart.com or snapdeal.com only.

i was thinking of a gpu upgrade to r7 260 and want to stay with amd only.please also specialy tell me if my psu is enough for it and if the processor will bottleneck it.

Solution
Upgrading your GPU will make a huge difference. Your Phenom II, while a bit older, is still a very capable chip, but your GPU is not meant for gaming at all. the 6450 is meant to give dual monitor support to PC's, not much else. I wouldn't upgrade your GPU without upgrading your PSU as well, your 12v amperage is quite low, and the wattage isn't up to minimum recommendation.

The R7 260 won't get you to 45 FPS on highest settings, but it very well will at lower to medium settings.

The 260 is a mid grade card that wouldn't be bottlenecked by your CPU at all.
