Geez Now My Text is Blurry

Okay so I was having trouble getting the screen to be completely filled on this 27 inch LCD Monitor. I got that fixed but now since fixing that there is text on my screen that is hard to read. Not all the text is like that, in fact I'm probably lucky cause only a line or two of text here an there is hard to read.

How do I fix this issue?

is this a laptop or desktop?
have you updated your drivers for graphics card through site amd or nvidia or intel depending on what you have?

you can also try this

go to your resolution and change either the resolution or text size
control panel>adjust screen resolution>change resolution
control panel>adjust screen resolution>how do i make text larger/smaller> adjust to desired size
