I would recommend something like that http://www.corsair.com/en/hydro-series-h110-280mm-extreme-performance-liquid-cpu-cooler.
A few more things. The video card is pure junk for this setup. Always depends on what you want the PC for though. Also I would not recommend this monitor. You can get way better with slightly more. And why on earth would you get a trackball mouse?

Not sure why someone would run such an extreme cpu on a low end motherboard, i was using that same motherboard with an FX8320 and had overheating problems on both the cpu and vrm's, a 9370 with its extra power draw is going to destroy that board or you are going to be running into lots of thermal throttling.
I would recommend getting an 8320/8350 with a 990fx board and overclocking to get the same results.

Do not get motherboard with 970 Chipset for FX 9000 series, they might struggle even with FX 8000 series, plus on the other hand, no 970 chipset motherboard can't support FX 9370.
The cheapest 990 chipset motherboards that support FX9370 are the Asus M5A99X PRO R.2.0. and the Gigabyte 990FX-UD3. REV. 4.0., both of them are in the range of $120-$140.

Btw here are some benchmarks
Here you can see that at stock speed the FX 9370 and overclocked FX8350 to 4.4 has the same score as stock FX9370
CPU Mark 9,846 for FX 9370 at 4.4
CPU Mark 9,875 for FX 8350 at 4.4

That 30 points difference will make no performance difference at all, and even if it was 100 or 200 points difference. You will have to be a robot to spot the difference in real life scenarios.

AH yes that's true. Only the 990fx chipset motherboards can supply enough power for this CPU. I thought it was both 990 and 970 but I was wrong.
Still, don't go with air cooling.

Air cooling will be fine as long as its something big like a Noctua NH-D14, Noctua NH-U14S or Phanteks PH-TC14PE.
