Power Supply wattage help ?!

Hello guys! i am building a new PC and i want the most less wattage for my PC
here's the specs
CPU : 2.8GHz AMD phenom EXTREME ii x4
GPU : AMD HD Redeon 5770 ddr5
RAM : 8GBs
HDD : 750 GB
MOTHERBOARD : ASUS M3A7
This build originaly comes with a 600W power supply , but if i could use less , how much can i ? Thanks in advance

Technically, you aren't using 600 watts all the time. The PC only uses as much wattage as it is needed eg. if it is idling, it can use as low as 200-300 watts, only when it is on full load that it will need 500+ watts.
