EVGA 9800GTX not working properly

Hello, I got a EVGA 9800GTX 4 months ago and today I wanted to mount it in my PC. It kinda worked, I mean I connected 2*6 pin connectors to it and PC was running fine. But I got one problem, the fan is not spinning up, what I can do?

Have you checked that the fan wire is connected to graphic card or motherboard. To be sure can you check your graphic card on your friend computer to see if the fan works if it works then your power supply might be failing to provide power to the pci-e slot.
