Last night I left my computer on sleep and when I woke up and tried to turn it on, all the fans and LEDs turned on and I heard no error beeps, but not a single external device worked.
I tried restarting it a couple of times, but it didn't help. I tried clearing the BIOS and that didn't help either. Then the weirdest thing suddenly fixed it: I turned my monitor off and on again. Then among my monitor, all other devices started working....
Soooooo....
