My Cpu is intel i5 4440 @ 3.10 GHz,
The O.S- Windows7 Ultimate.64 bit ,
I have 4 GB of RAM and of course
2 tab of hard disk.

So when I opened my pc , it boot very slowly(maybe it take more than 15-20 seconds!)
I did many configuration like by opening the Msconfig , but it didn't had much effect.
So plz anyone help me to boot the pc faster through the BIOS because I don't know much about it.(just know how to open it )
If anyone can then plz mentioned the BIOS used by the Gigabyte H87M-D3H
I will be very much thankful because I feel irritated everytime after starting the pc.
(Plz help me by giving simple answers because once I took advice from a website and the pc gone mad!! )

If possible plz mention some most effective and secure ways to boot the pc faster(other than bios & Msconfig )

I don't know anything about making it faster through the BIOS but running your OS from an SSD rather than an HDD should be faster for Booting.

Turn off some unneeded services that may be running. Win 7 Ultimate may well have a lot of stuff running that you do not need.
Turn off unneeded things in Startup.

Those are probably the only options in the BIOS.

Its a hardware limitation. There is no other way to be able to boot faster other than getting a SSD with the OS installed on it.
And 15 second is quite fast compared to most low to mid range laptop that has a mechanical HDD. You just really impatient.

So , can you tell me how to install this SDD
In my computer (seriously, this is the first time that I heard this name)??
Is it installed through the same BIOS?

SSD
Solid State Drive

Acts like a regular hard drive, but way, way faster. Far more expensive per GB than a HDD.

But for your current issue "it boot very slowly(maybe it take more than 15-20 seconds!)"
That is not slow !!
