I have a Z87 MSI G45 gaming motherboard and a MSI GeForce GTX 760 GPU. I've looked in the boots menu but have not found anything. Please help! Maybe I put my GPU driver in?

Well with a discrete card in the card should be default so did you connect the monitor cable to the card and power from the PSU to the card?

My computer is connected via PC cable (which is I believe a VGA cable) from my MOTHERBOARDS PC connection to my TV. Nothing is plugged into my GPU.

ALSO I have a total of 12 pins connected to my GPU going to my PSU.

Hence the card not working since it does not work through the motherboard outputs! Monitor has to be connected to the card!
