I've used nearly every secuirity software i could find but there were two that i just could not shake or even manually find. It happened right after i got off tor [not for wrong doing i assure you] (none of the software even so much as made a tiny fuss about anything getting in) and my computer force restarted its self and you can guess thats where the trouble began...i got rid of several hundred new threats that were on my computer after the restart but two 1. That ate my hd space and 2.that played ads in the background 24/7, even before i login, there were multiple of those and i got rid of the majority. But it seemed nothing would find those last two. So i was wondering what system would have the ability to find more than usual complex threats and prevent against them?

you can't always avoid viruses with virus software and the standard firewall. More secure firewalls also often limit funtionality for some services. Windows 7 uses uac to prevent the unintended modification of files and programs, which is a good boost to security. You should also be making sure that you're visiting secure websites.

Educating other users is essential. Another person may be unknowingly installing malware on your pc.

Many other security features, such as biometrics and tpm chips, are for protection form other people manually hacking

If your data is corrupt, it's possible to have corrupt files show up as malware.
