Solution
The DDR3 for the graphics card refers to the video memory (you can call it GDDR3, "G" for graphics). The DDR2 for your motherboard is a separate type of memory. The graphics card should go into the PCI Express x16 slot, and work just fine. High end graphics cards run GDDR5 Video Memory, with our modern motherboards running DDR3 Memory. Two separate things, though the same concept.

After inserting the graphics card and ensuring it is seated properly, make sure your video connection goes from your monitor/tv to your graphics card directly, and not the motherboard. Then, if it successfully boots, you must insert the disc provided by Galaxy which contains the drivers. These are necessary for your other hardware to know what to do...

Yes, they should be compatible. the PCIe 2.0 is just the revision number of PCIe, and there's hardly any improvement going to PCIe 3.0. The x16 means there's 16 lanes for use, which is what your GT630 will use.

Yes it will work in the slot. Wont' really help with gaming modern games though, as it runs on DDR3 while modern video cards run on DDR5, and the rest of your system I would expect couldn't "hold up" to the demands (like BattleField 4 or Assassin's Creed 4 etc.). If your looking at older games back say 2011 or older you can get along with this design.

Tom's correct. And while there aren't many high performance opportunities out of the graphics card and processor you currently have, there's plenty of games that are still popular that your system would run smoothly. ie Source Games, some UE3 based games.
