Ram stuck on 1333mhz

Solution
Some AMDs use the actual XMP, many others, like I believe yours, utilizes DOCP or EOCP, see if either is in the advanced section of the BIOS, enable it and select 1866, not all CPUs can run 1866 (normally the upper tier FXs can) so may need to drop to 1600, any problems let us know CPU and model # of DRAM

Thanks i found the docp options and did enable it, and it did put my ram to 1600mhz as i wanted but i did notice its now the latenzy as 9-9-9-24 shouldent it be 27 for my ram?

And the voltage was still at 1.5v in the bios before i did restar so idk if it did change it.

i did just run 1 round of titanfall and i had no crashes so it should be stable, should i still change the 24 to 27 and the voltage to 1.65? or was it just showing that cos it was on idle and it will use the higher when the ram is being used?

i did play 1 run of bf4 and it went fine but when the match ended and i pressed quit i got bsod i went into the bios again and the voltage was changed to 1.65 and then i did manualy change the 24 to 27.

and then after the bsod and i went to bios and restarted the computer did peform some sort of hard drive check on the c drive not sure what that was.

even with the timing at 9-9-9-27 and 1.65v titanfall just crashed so it still looks like its not stable i havent checked the cpu/nb voltage as you suggested so should i put the CPU/NB voltage to 1.2?
