I have a radoen HD 7700 graphics card with inclusive fan running on windows 7. I recently transferred files from a vista PC to the W7 PC using Windows Easy transfer. Upon restart the Radeon fan goes at a fast speed never returning to an idling speed - the graphics card is not being used. Any ideas ?

Hello, so to start go to the device manager and see if there are any exclamation marks there. Also try uninstalling the drivers of AMD and then restart the computer and then again install the drivers. Post the result back here.
