i am getting a new GPU and a 24 inch monitor for titanfall ,battlefield 4 and other hot games. And i was wondering whether an AMD proccessor has lower chances of bottlenecking an Ati gpu than an Nvidia Gpu. And is 760 gtx a good choice for the price as i am on budget and would love to save some money but, want my gpu be able to handle new games on 1080p as long as possible as i wont be getting a new gpu until about two years .

No, it is a great gpu and it wont be bottlenecked. Have fun!
one more question. do u think a 7200rpm HDD is enough for gaming or should i get an SSD?
Definitely enough. I run all my games from a 2Tb Barracuda 7200Rpm drive. Write/Read speeds are about 120Mb/s and it really does a very good job. I have an SSD (Samsung 840EVO) for OS and very needed programs.
