I'm new to Tom's hardware so I'm not totally sure where to post this.
Recently I bought the following components for my pc:
Asus M5A78L-MLE Motherboard
Amd Fx 6300 Vishera 6 core cpu
8gb ram
Sapphire Amd hd 7750
Corsair CX 430 Psu
However I have some problems with my new rig:
I have tried the following to remedy the crashes:
Bios update
Using one of my two 4gb memory sticks
Memtest
And I have no more powerful psu available to replace my cx 430.
Any help would be gratefully received.

However I have some problems with my new rig:
At seemingly random times the entire pc locks up, when using it normally (browsing the internet), or when gaming.
The temperature of the cpu, while it idles at around 30, even if I have 5 tabs open goes to around 45.
Using the CPUID hardware monitor I can see that my 12v and 5v supply are very low (see image) I think this is a power supply problem and it may be the cause of the random crashes.
I seem to be getting a coil whine from the motherboard which only disappears when i disable the core c6 state.
