Hi, I read a comment from Matt in another thread about GPU's bottlenecking CPU's, He recommended that for a 4ghz processor you should be looking at a GFX 770 I think he said.
My CPU - FX-4300 is 3.8Ghz and my graphics card a GTX 650.
Would I have the same bottlenecking problem and if so to what degree?
