I have a GTS 450, a GTX 275, and a 5770. I am probably going to upgrade, because right now I'm using the GTS as my card and the 275 devoted to Physx. Is it possible to sell these cards, because they're kind of old. Also what is the best to put in my current build.

Solution
I sell my cards on ebay.
Find your parts in used condition on ebay.
Then filter on completed auctions,
In green you will see what the part actually sold for.
I might keep a cheap one to be used for diagnostics in case I suspect a graphics card failure

A GTX275 is probably the stronger gaming card. If you want an upgrade, make it a decent sized jump.
I would look at a GTX750ti or stronger.

Ebay, or worst case craigslist Ebay tends to have a lot of scammers bidding. So put a LOT of clauses in your auction. I tend to put the "Will not ship outside the US and must ship to a CONFIRMED paypal address"
I only take bids from people with a positive account rating. and no 0 review accounts.

Just use caution.
