it seems like nothing to worry about but you could possible lower it!. Mine generally runs between 30/40 degrees in idle and i live iun the uk, whilst playing games this will rise to maybe even 70 degrees c.
If you use this software you can see what the temperatures is for different components within your pc and what the fan speeds are. Also you can check the speed of your case fans and what the ambient temperature is within your case.

Generally it is good to keep your ambient temperature within the case as low as possible by providing good airflow this could include one fan pulling air in from the front of your case and another fan at the back blowing air out.
You can also lower the temperature of your cpu further by applying good quality thermal compound, mx3 or arctic silver 5 are usually good brands to purchase!.
If you are overclocking your cpu then you might want to get a better heatsink and cooler than the stock one that came with the cpu, good ones could include master cooler tx3, or evo coolers, or even cpu water cooling if you have the money.
