I need a build that could run games in 720p. Be able to run like titanfall. Counter strike. All in 720p.

Extras i need.
Cheap but HD Monitor.
Windows 7.

I want these extras to add on to the 400 dollars after the build is done. So like add these in once the 400 dollar build is done.
I want a small case.

well, without the OS and monitor this is what I got and kinda close to my friend's rig and he runs titanfall on 1280x720 mid-a bit high easily.
