Ram upgrade problem

I have an acer aspire 4820T timeline series which comes with a 2 gig ram ( samsung 2rx8 pc3 10600s-09-10-f2) and i just bought a transcend 4 gig 1333mhz ram, the bios settings recognises the ram but windows does not start up, keeps going to system repair. how do i resolve this ?

Im running insyde v1.17 BIOS, swapping the modules didnt work. Ive tried by removing the old 2gb and running with only the new 4 gb but it still doesnt boot, it comes up to the windows logo and then goes back to system repair and the process keeps repeating.
