Can this Graphics Card fit into my Computer?

Thats a dual slot card, which means you still only need one pcie slot but you have to take two of the covers off for it to fit. You can simply look on the back of your computer with it open and see where the pcie slot lines up with the back plates.
If you have two then your good to go.

Well first of we need to know how much room you computer has.
Do find out just open up your pc find you pci e slot and measure.
Second that's not a good Gpu at all. What do you plan to use the Gpu for?

If just for casual game then is suggest the hd 7750 from radeon or the sapphire gt 640. Both of these are very small gpus for gamers with not much room. I looked at your specs and it will fit.
It also says you only have 2gb of ram. I would consider upgrading that as well to at least 4gb.
