GTA LCS runs smoothly on ppspp emulator but super laggy on PCSX2 emulator

So why is it running smoothly on ppsspp (psp emulator) but laggy on PCSX2 (ps2 emulator). I wanted to play the game on a PS2 emulator because the controls on ppspp suck. So is there a way I can run GTA LCS on a PS2 emulator with no lag and if that's not possible then is it possible to make the controls on ppspp better?

what is your system config?

to emulate a PS2 game will max settings will require a very powerful system. Try to lower the settings in the PCSX emulator and then emulate it.
search youtube "GTA LCS PCSX 100% speed Settings" or something similar to this, but make sure you include the 100%.
watch some videos (a single video cannot help) and choose the settings, accordingly and you should have the game running smoothly IF YOUR SYSTEM CAN DELIVER THE REQUIRED PROCESSING POWER.

Where can I download ppsspp or whatever
I tried pcsx 2 and have GTA LCS and god of war
God of war was fine with 45-60fps but when I ran LCS my fps dropped to18 fps
