Aside from the power issue, it will work just fine with your system. Audio connections on computers are the same world wide.

For the power, if the speakers don't have built-in switching for the voltage you need to get a 230V to 120V adapter and a prong adapter.

For how cheap those speakers are, it probably would have been cheaper to just buy a set made for your country.

Thanks for the reply if speakers do not have a power switching mode i will purchase the adapter .As for price even with shipping and import taxes i saved €28 which works out at roughly 38 Dollars using the US supplier ,

Another thing to watch out for, most power supplies are switchable for 220 or 120 v, looks like Ireland is at 230, so the speakers may not function properly even if they can switch internally.

There are converters, check ebay or wherever you like to order things from. Keep in mind that they are probably going to be over $10 for it. Plus you'll need the correct wall jack plug for your area and the correct one for the US plug from the speakers on the other side.

That's why I said for those cheap speakers getting a set made for your country would have been better. If you were buying a $200 set that cost $300 where you are spending another $20-30 is OK, when the full set of speakers costs $30-40, spending another $30 to get them working is not the best thing.
