I'm in Canada and I have a budget of $1,000 and I wanna know what the best desktop I can buy for $1,000

And please don't say to build one, I'd probably break all the parts because I'm a clumsy person :p

Oh and I don't care which operating system I have a montor and a keyboard/mouse.
