This is my first gaming build the goal is to play "next-gen" games at a minimum of 40+ fps my budget is $800. Disregarding total cost should I ditch the stock CPU cooler and buy something along the lines of a Zalman CNPS9700 LED or a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO? Will the 3 included 120 mm case fans be enough to cool the entire system? Lastly, any other advise is appreciated.

I disagree, you don't NEED an SSD for your CPU to be useful. You can go with any standard HDD if you want to save money, an SSD would be good though if you can spare the money.

EDIT: I used to have a 250 GB SSD and it costed around $180, now I'm using a 250 GB HDD which only costs about 60 bucks. My external 2 TB HDD only costed $120 and can last for 6 years before the clicking of death sound comes along.

I think the build looks great . I'd look into getting an SSD incorporated into that build if possible. That $200 CPU is meaningless if you dont have an SSD . an FX-6300 + SSD will always "feel" like it performs better compared to the much more expensive 8350. If your primary focus is gaming and you dont mind the non SSD feel of the system then just pass on it lol.

Those fans definitely look to be enough.
