troubleshooting mass storage

having issues with my mass storage. it keeps saying that there is a problem with the wpd file sytem the 'h' 'g' 'e''f' drivers but when i try to apply a fix it dosent work also the mass storage device it self keeps detecting then undetecting and just repeats this please help

Run chkdsk and check for errors.

I have fixes some drivers but ill check it right after and they have errors again. Says they are all up to date also. I think it might be my keyboard and mouse but dont know why that would be

When was it installed? Have you installed more that 1 Drive? Can you provide minidump files if there are any?

There is also HDTune but that needs to be downloaded and run.

Ok I'll try it. Chiisu I just got the computer and started the first time I turned it on. It keeps making that sound over and over like when you plug in something into the usb none stop like its being plug and unplugged over and over

Re-format the disk NTFS. You will lose all data currently on the disk. Make sure you backup your computer on a regular basis. This way you will not lose any data when drives fail, and they do some time or the other.
