It is pretty much free performance though very little risk if you pay attention. If those are you current specs your good to go. If not you can save some money and get a 4670 instead

You only need to overclock if you are a computer enthusiasts or want more performance out of your CPU.
If your not sure about overclocking do not mess with it. The CPU you have listed will be fine.
There is no need for you to overclock if you do not need it. You may want to have a company build your system.
IE Digital Storm or something. They can build it and overclock it for you.
That way you do not have to do it if you do not know what you are doing.

Personally, I dont think its worth the extra money.
First, the 4770K is $330 (on newegg). The i7-4770 is $310. You can get the equivalent to the 4770, the Xeon E3-1245 V3, for $290. If you dont care for Intel Quick Sync you can get the Xeon E3-1230 V3 for $250.
That MoBo is around $110. You can get a Gigabyte GA-B87-HD3 for around $90, however you will also have to give up on SLI.
Also, from not having to buy a aftermarket cooler like that H212 Evo, you can save $30.
See? The savings add up quickly. In games, you just dont get enough of a boost from investing around $100 just to overclock to be worth it.

You could always not overclock until you notice the computer is slowing down/hardware is getting dated. That way, you get the time out of a computer that can easily handle anything at stock settings and then overclock as needed if you think it will help. In the event that something blows up, you will at least have had a fair amount of time with the computer and will probably be upgrading soon anyway.
However, you will of course need to spend more money for the overclockable parts

Best solution
Overclocking is neither free nor worth it. It is especially NOT free as lessthannil pointed out, you spend a lot of extra money for that "free" performance.
I could put together an i5 4570, B85 mobo, and GTX780 for cheaper than your i7 4770k, Z87 mobo, and GTX770 and it would be a MUCH better gaming build.
99.999999999999999% of everybody out there that overclocks, doesn't need to.
