I am not sure at all in regards to if they are DDR3, my GPU is a GeForce GTX 560 Ti. Concerning my case, it's just a standard HP pavilion one I was thinking I will most likely have to buy another tower.
I'm pretty new to all this.
  3. You can check whether it's DDR3 by google its model number, which on the RAM label.

It sounds like you need to upgrade your GPU also if you are using this system for gaming.

    What is your CPU/MB.
  4. it looks like it runs DDR3 RAM

This will do you good in gaming for at least 3 years, and more if you're willing to lower settings.
