I am going to be getting a new motherboard and CPU. Is there anything else I need to upgrade in this process? I have 8g RAM currently with a 650w PSU. I have a budget of $600

I am not sure at all in regards to if they are DDR3, my GPU is a GeForce GTX 560 Ti. Concerning my case, it's just a standard HP pavilion one I was thinking I will most likely have to buy another tower.
I'm pretty new to all this.
