Fans reading at low RPM's.

I keep getting this message in the bottom right corner every time I log in on my user name. I don't have any fans connected to those pins on my mobo. Is this something to be concerned about?

Also, I get warnings every now and then about my chassis fans being around 600 RPM. Should I be concerned? My temps are around 30 Celsius when I idle.

How do increase the speed? I looked in the bios and I have the fans set to Turbo. I don't know how to increase the fan speed in the menu.

I've got them hooked up at CHA 1, 2, 3, and OPT 2. I don't have any software or controller. I have the ROG OC panel installed, but I don't know how to set it up. I'm using the Rampage IV Extreme Black Edition.

I don't understand that area in the AI program, but I did find a solution. It doesn't make sense to me, but my fans move faster, with the exception of OPT 1 because for some reason it won't let me select that fan in the menus.
