It can have up to 128GB of Ram, PSU made by seasonic can handle SLI 780 later down the road. The M500 reviewed well, its cheap, and I have another crucial SSD that I like. I have an ANTEC case & PSU that I love too. My Hyper 212 plus is in my rig still going strong and its cheap so its older brother is here too. Let me know what you guys think, I have a monitor, Operating & system already!

Honestly I think, unless you ABSOLUTELY need the Bluray writer, don't get it and use the money to get a better case. And personnal choice, I always prefered g. skill ram

I know I left off the peripherals, but I left a lot of money to get them with.

Dang Cturbo, I like that build! I am considering holding off for 8-core Haswell-e, DDR4 and Maxwell before moving forward. and what about changing the EVo for a noctua? I have heard good things about the octua worth the price for OC? If I wait for the above listed price should drop on above said components, right?

Yes the Noctua NH-D14 is better, but it's twice as much money. I guess I would probably spring for the Noctua too in a $2000 build.

No there will never be a significant price drop on any of those parts. Take a look at Ivy Bridge i7s and you'll see they're practically the same same price as Haswell. Same thing with the GTX6xx and GTX5xx series video cards.
