go to msconfig as well if gskill's help doesnt work out and go to the system config tab. Go to the advanced options button. Check the Maximum Memory button to see if it recognizes all of your memory.

Do you know what I just looked at your motherboard isn't that FM2? I have a board somewhat the same model in my htpc. What I ended up having to do was doing a reset on the cmos, manually configuring all of the settings in the bio's like the timings, latency etc... and then increasing my NB voltage by .1 and then up to .2 if needed. Just make sure that you have no overclock settings for your processor. The next thing that you could do is run memtest86 from a usb or dvd. Another thing if I remember you can go into your bios and change how much ram you want your apu to use for video memory. This in your task manager might look like something called hardware reserved memory. you can go into your bios and look under something that says video or GPU memory. and change it to something like 1gig.
