Is my motherboard too hot?

I have an Asus Sabertooth Z87 motherboard. Recently, I have noticed that the readings on the Motherboard temperatures have been seemingly very high. While the cpu is at about 27 idle, the motherboard i

s usually at 37-39 degrees. Is this normal? Here are the rest of the temperature readings from the motherboard. As per the diagram on Thermal Radar 3, it appears the motherboard temperature sensor is in the bottom right of the board, near the front panel IO pins.

Cpu: 27
Motherboard: 39
Vcore: 28
Dram: 32
PCH: 27
