Okay so here is the issue. The AMD graphics card just isn't working. The fans are spinning. The device does not come up in device manager. When i initially downloaded the AMD driver files i had the computer connected to the built in graphics. I just bought this computer custom built 2 weeks ago. If its faulty i'm sending it back but that is a lot of hassle and time. Does anyone have any idea's on how to get this to work or is it dead?

this may be your problem
Powercool X-Viper 750W 80+ Bronze

that is not a reliable psu and is probably not pushing enough amperage on its 12v rail

is there anyway you can try the card in a different setup or a different psu in your system?
