I downloaded/copied some movie and music files onto a seagate 500GB free agent Go Flex external hard drive using an ACER computer.
I even watched a movie and listened to some music immediately after copying.
Upon arriving home, I plugged the external hard drive into my compaq computer, and attemptewd to open some files. There was a folder there that said music folder, but when I clicked on it, i got a message saying that this folder is empty. I was like Whaaa?
There were also no movie files present. However, when I clicked on "properties", it said that 265 GB of the hard drive was full, but I still could view no files. Movies or music.
Can you please assist.
