XMP Enabling Problem

I just tried to Enable XMP at Bios but there are 3 options there [Diable .Profile 1 ,Profile 2]
which profile to choose , 1 or 2 ?
and what's the difference between them.

Mobo : GA-Z87X-D3H
Ram : G.skill RipjawsX 8GB [1x8] 1866Mhz 1.5V CL10

Profile 1 or 2 may be two different speeds, so nothing wrong with trying them out. CPU-Z may tell you the difference http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html

What about latencies/timings and Volts? Tighter timings (lower number) slightly but not noticeably faster.

Did you try the CPU-Z and see what it reports for timings on the memory tabs?

Either one should work fine. Each profile is designed for certain platforms.

For newer chipsets like Z87, Profile 2 is best. Profile 1 may have slightly looser sub timings that is more stable for other platforms.
