So I recently got a GTX 760 a couple weeks ago and I've been messing around with MSI afterburner attempting to overclock it to its max potential. I read somewhere to use NVIDIA inspector instead after MSI afterburner wouldn't allow me to increase the voltage.
I've been using NVIDIA inspector for a couple days now and the highest I could get my core clock with a +12.5mV Over Voltage was +186, I could overclock my memory by +996 before Nvidia Inspector would give me an error message.
Now, what's confusing me is that for some reason, when testing the clocks with MSI Kombustor, the over voltage wouldn't apply, other than with the default GPU core-burner v2 (furry donut) and 1024x576 resolution with no AA. And then if I attempted to increase the window size of the furry donut, the over voltage would stop working and it would go back to normal and the video drivers would crash.
I am not sure what's going on, am I doomed to just say at +131 for my core overclock because of this voltage nonsense?
