Need some suggestions for a gaming monitor,keyboard,mouse, and sound speakers. My price range is 300 dollars.

It really depends on what kind of keyboard and mouse you want. For the monitor, I would go with this:

It's a decent monitor and it's an IPS panel with built in speakers. This way, you don't need to buy sound speakers and it will look better than a regular TN panel due to it being IPS.

For the mouse, my two favorite are the Razer Deathadder and Logitech G500s.
