1. give us ur mobo name
2. press the proper key to enter bios.
3. Get into bios
4. change clock multiplier\
5.change core voltage SLIGHTLY
6. check linustechtips on youtube for more info
OR
1. go into windos
2. get the proper OCing softer for your mobo . aka MSI afterburner for MSI or App store for Gigabyte
3. let the software do the job

First download Hardware Monitor and Prime95 to measure temps and stress test your current stock settings before you even OC.. then view tutorials on how to OC using your MOBO and Chip..

If its not noisy.
And the cpu is cool 20-35c then ur good.
