Help me build a computer for my aging father

My father has hearing problems. His computer is too slow and he's very impatient, he gets very mad. All he does is watch videos in YouTube, do his business and manage cryptocurrency wallets. I have already built a rig for him.

If there are hardware or software that help with hearing, that would help alot! Thanks in advance.

Since you do not know the motherboard's brand, I have included one in each build. I have made four builds, each with a different APU so you can compare prices (The APU is a CPU+GPU combined).
Each build below includes an APU, Motherboard, RAM, HDD, Case, Optical Drive, and a PSU. I recommend Windows 7 32bit as an OS, unless he already has one that he's comfortable with.

A10-7850K ($549.91): http://pcpartpicker.com/user/VENAXIS/saved/49os
A10-6800K ($495.03): http://pcpartpicker.com/user/VENAXIS/saved/49oI
A8-6600K ($468.78)...

Like jjs0891 said, headphones would help. As for PC slowness, you'll need to get a good processor. If you want to cut down boot speed time and application launch speed, you'll need to get an SSD.

I think a Quad-Core CPU and a 4GB of ram would be sufficient in his case.

I want to upgrade everything because his computer is very slow.

What's your budget?

300-500 dollars.

That is a tough challenge. What exactly do you want to upgrade? It's better to focus only on the important parts that contributes to PC speed, like the RAMs, CPU, and HDD/SSD. But also, since this is a mining PC, you're gonna have to get an AMD GPU, unless you already have one.

No, it's not a mining PC. I have already made a separate one.

I'd say go with the A6-6400K one for $429 since it's more than enough for your father's needs.

You can make it even faster by adding an SSD instead of an HDD, but the price alone for a 500GB SSD will cost more than the entire PC's total price. My opinion? You can get a 120GB SSD drive as an extra and install the OS on it. You can find a 120GB SSD for around $70. It's up to you.

That's actually even better. I like the two RAM chips, works better that way. However, I'd stay away from CX PSUs if possible.
