Device is paired. Drivers are up to date, I have removed and repaired the device several times i am looking to use the device for audio wireless but cannot seem to get it to work. It shows in my Sound playback tab with a 'red' arrow. Meaning it knows the device is there but i cannot 'connect' to the device. Almost like it thinks its plugged into a wrong port.

Does windows 7 support audio via Bluetooth? Any idea on how i can get this to work?
Thanks.

If a bluetooth adapter and all it's necessary drivers are installed, bluetooth supports any type of device.
Look in Device Manager to see if there are any errors showing for the internal bluetooth adapter.
On laptops it often involves more than one driver for it to work properly.

Any missing drivers can be downloaded from your laptop manufacturer's website.
Also check the BOSE website in case a driver is also required for their headset. If it is, they should have it.
