Windows 7: How to remove write protection from a CD-RW? I can't find StorageDeviceProperties in the Registry Editor

I am looking through the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\CurrentControlSet And I am going through EVERYTHING but cannot find it! Please help me!

I'm pretty sure it depends on how the CD was written. If it was written in UDF (Windows Live Format), it is appendable like a regular removable drive. If it was written in ISO 9660 CDFS format (Mastered), then the disc is read only and will need to be erased and re-written with an updated complete image OR appended to in multisession mode.
