case will be fine has gap in hdd bays for extra long card and supports atx form factor motherboard. but i would change your psu that one is a tier 3 and not all that great

if you still want full modular one of these would be good

EDIT:that board is also poor as well it only has 4+1 power phase and if you ever plan on upgrading the cpu to a 8320/8350 it wouldnt support it properly. this board has 8+2 power phase and good vrm cooling and is only 20 dollars more.
