More about pick evga geforce gtx760 2gb graphics card
  1. for the price point the gtx 760 is the best performing card and your setup should do nicely with it verify that your psu has 1 8pin pcie and 1 6 pin pcie cables to support the card as well
  2. If you can get a GTX 770, go for it. Radeons are overpriced for now due to mining.

For manufacturers, I personally prefer Gigabyte. It is factory-overclocked, and has the best cooling solution performance wise (Asus has a lower temperature, but also lower clock speed which explains). Their Windforce X3 also presumably cools your motherboard, however I doubt that...

all of these are tier 1/2 and quality built and reliable

for your price point the 760 is the best card in the 200-300, these are the benches for it

in most games you will be able to attain max settings and 60 fps avg
there will be a few games that it wont be able to play max settings and 60 fps (crysis 3, bf4)
if you can afford a 330 price range you could go for a 770, it has on avg roughly around a 20% increase in paerformance
